Starting next month, Hôtel Le Cleebourg will launch a new monthly event: Starry Nights. In collaboration with the Cleebourg Winery, guests can enjoy a tasting of local wines right on the hillside, followed by a stargazing session led by a local astronomer. Taking advantage of the hotel's exceptional location within a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, far from any light pollution, this experience will conclude with a midnight buffet prepared by the restaurant's chef, showcasing seasonal produce from the Northern Vosges Mountains.
